Industrial Pump Resource is an online database of industrial pump manufacturers and distributors that also offers a list of pump related services and information. Industrial Pump Resource provides users with two unique search options; The Industrial Pump Resource Directory and Industrial Pump Resource Search Engine.

From the directory section homepage, the user can browse down to the desired category (e.g. sump pumps). Where location is often a concern (e.g. pump distributors), the user has the option to sort that page by state and/or province. Each listing contains editorial information specific to that category as it pertains to the directory section. All listed establishments are linked to the appropriate section (when possible) of their website, again, as it pertains to the directory section.

The search engine aspect of the site is represented by the search box contained on every page. Here the user can search for very specific information. The search engine generates results from pages within websites contained in the Industrial Pump Resource directory.
