Robert Brown Associates carries AirTran air-operated diaphragm pumps in a variety of diameters. The 0.25" bolted pumps provide 0 to 4.3 GPM and are constructed from a variety of plastics, including polypropylene, Geolast, Santoprene, and PTFE; the 0.375" bolted pumps, meanwhile, offer up to 9 GPM flow.

Wastecorp Pumps makes Mud-Sucker diaphragm pumps for pumping everything from mud in a hog pen to food processing waste. The FA Series is available in 1.5", 2", and 3" flapper valve styles for wastewater and slurry found in marine, food processing, and multipurpose pumping applications. The B Series is for heavy duty applications; its ball valve design crushes debris, making it ideal for mining, petrochemical, and biodiesel producers.

Flojet ITT offers a new addition to its line of diaphragm pumps, the G57C Kalrez. The air-operated, double-diaphragm pump features uniquely designed shuttle valve check valves to supply up to 5 GPM, as well as air and CO2 pressures up to 100 psi. The pump is also corrosion-resistant, and able to pass solids up to 3.2 mm. Another choice is the LF Series pump, which is a compact 6.4" long.

Ingersoll Rand offers stall-free, ice-free diaphragm pump operation using a patented balanced air valve design, and quick dump exhaust valves that divert cold exhaust air away from ice-prone components. The company offers metallic and non-metallic pumps in compact sizes (0.25" to 0.75" ports) with flow rates up to 14.8 gpm.

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions offers air-operated and electronic diaphragm pumps from a wide variety of manufacturers. Air-operated options include non-metallic, metallic, and sanitary AODD pumps from Sandpiper, metallic and non-metallic AODD pumps from Aro, and more, with izes from 0.25" to 3". By contrast, all electronic diaphragm pumps are supplied by ITT Industries.  These Polypro EOD pumps come duplex, triplex, or quad and offer flows and operating pressures up to 5 GPM and 80 psi. Applications include transfer, filtering, filling, recirculation, spraying, and mixing. Special low-flow, phenolic, and Santoprene units are also available.

K/M Specialty Pumps and Systems carries both metallic and non-metallic models of EXPert Series air-operated diaphragm pumps. The metallic pumps come in combinations such as aluminum/stainless steel and aluminum/cast iron/Hastelloy/stainless steel, with maximum flows from 12 to 275 gpm and a maximum solid size of 0.375". The non-metallic models are available in acetal/polypropylene/PVDF or polypropylene/PVDF, and provide a maximum flow up to 184 gpm and maximum pressure to 120 psi. Maximum solid is up to 0.25" and maximum dry suction life is 14 ft.

Springer Pumps carries diaphragm pumps from manufacturers Graco Husky, SandPiper, and HydraCell. The Husky air-operated pumps come in either plastic or metal constructions, from Model 205 (0.25" diameter, 5 GPM), to Model 3275 (3" diameter, 275 GPM). SandPiper supplies air-powered double diaphragm pumps in an assortment of configurations like standard duty, heavy duty ball, heavy duty flap, containment duty, high pressure, FDA, USDA, mining/construction, UL, wastewater, dewatering, and natural gas-operated. They are also available in metallic or non-metallic construction, flap valve, ball valve, and top and bottom ported designs.

Zo-Air carries Aro screened inlet diaphragm pumps. All pumps are constructed from aluminum with stainless steel fasteners, while the screen is carbon steel with an e-coast finish. Models include the 1.5" port PS15A, which provides 100 GPM flow, 2" port PD20A with 170 GPM, and 3" port PD30A with 275 GPM. The pumps are also backed by a 5-year warranty.

Dewco Pumps & Equipment is a distributor for Flojet self-priming pumps. The 2100 Series/Duplex II offers a duplex diaphragm design to eliminate shaft seal issues, and delivers up to 50 psi working pressure. It also includes a built-in pressure switch that automatically starts and stops the pump when the discharge valve is opened and closed. With many of the same features as the 2100, Models 2135 and 2130 offer additional pressure capability, with 70 and 100 maximum psi. Lastly, the 5700 Series features a stall-proof design with a patented shuttle valve and leak-resistant radial seals instead of O-ring seals.

Pulsafeeder offers a variety of metering diaphragm pumps. Hydraulically-acutated pumps include the PULSA Series that features 3-component check valves for added accuracy; the PulsaPro900 Series in a variety of packages and configurations for even high viscosity applications (3,000 centipoise); and the PULSAR Series that provide superior metering capabilities, such as +/-0.5% of setpoint for steady state and repeatability, and +/-1% of full rating for linearity. An array of other choices are available, as well. Mechanically-actuated pumps include the CHEM-TECH, OMNI, and M Series, while solenoid diaphragm pumps include the PULSAtron and PULSAtron Plus Series.

Jaeco Fluid Systems manufactures two families of diaphragm pumps. The JaecoFram 1 is an hydraulically-actuated metering pump designed for accurate, leak-proof metering of difficult-to-handle liquids. Available in both simplex and duplex models, it has separate chambers for hydraulic fluid and gear lubricant to make use of the best medium for hydraulic diaphragm pulsing and the best medium for gear lubrication. These pumps offer 0.8 to 56 GPH. The second family is the Series E, a 3 to 500 GPD, electronically-pulsed metering pump for low-flow applications. Stroke length and stroke rate are manually adjustable for a turn-down ratio of 10:1, and accuracy is +/-3% at steady state.

US Plastic Corp. carries a variety of self-priming diaphragm pumps. Air-operated, double diaphragm pumps are available for use with car wash chemicals, pigments, inks, paints, additives, and sanitizers. Made from a polypropylene body, the pumps offer flows to 5 GPM and pressure to 100 psi, with suction lift to 16.5' dry and 20' wet. Sandpiper diaphragm pumps are also sold, for use with abrasive and viscous liquids (up to 10,000 centipoise). Models are available with 4, 15, 25 and 45 GPM capacities.

American Machine & Tool (AMT) makes cast aluminum diaphragm pumps with thermoplastic rubber diaphragms and polyurethane flapper valves. They are available in 2" or 3" NPT port sizes, and are self-priming up to 20 ft. Powered by B&S and Honda gas engines, Yanmar diesel engines, or 115 VAC weather-proof electric motors from 1.5 to 5.5 Hp, they can deliver up to 88 GPM and 11 psi. This makes them capable of pumping mud, slurry, sewage, and thick liquids, so long as they are non-flammable.

Pulsafeeder manufactures Chem-Tech pumps, including the Series 100, 150, 200, and 250 diaphragm pumps. The Series 100 and 150 metering pumps offer feed rates from 3 to 100 GPD, and operating pressures up to 100 psi. They also come with dual head assemblies for metering two solutions at different outputs. The Series 200 and 250 are mechanically-activated, heavy duty pumps for operation under strenuous conditions. They offer feed rates from 10 to 120 GPD and operating pressures up to 150 psi, in addition to chemical resistance.

Global Water Instrumentation features the C-1100V and C-1500N Series of diaphragm pumps for chemical metering. The C-1100V digital pump for chemical injection offers user-friendly touch pad controls, LED display, and a built-in diaphragm failure detection system. With +/-1% full scale repeatability, it is capable of injecting against a high system pressure up to 150 psi and also tolerates viscosities up to 1,000 centipoise. The C-1500N pump uses an all ball bearing gear motor for smooth operation with water, wastewater, and industrial chemical treatment applications. It has a max working pressure of 125 psig, and like the C-1100 V, allows viscosities up to 1,000 centipoise.

Graco carries an array of air operated diaphragm pumps, starting with the FDA-compliant Model 1040, a 1.5" double-diaphragm pump for food-related applications requiring high flow rates. Special versions of the 1040 are available for coatings and foam, as well as finishing applications, while Models 1590 and 2150 are other FDA-compliant pumps capable of passing solids up to 2" and 2.5", respectively. Sanitary ball, sanitary flapper, and sanitary poultry pumps are also available: the 3150 ball pump passes solids up to 1", while the poultry and 3150 flapper pumps pass solids up to 2.5".

Hargraves produces a range of long-life miniature diaphragm pumps for the transport of air, gases, and vapors. The BTC Series of brush and brushless DC motor-driven pumps offer a pressure range of 0 to 30 psig, vacuum range of 0 to 20 in.Hg, and max unrestricted flow of 6 lpm for air and gases. The BTC-II and BTC-IIS can handle both gases and liquids at 0 to 28 psig, 0 to 25 in.Hg, and 11 lpm max flow. Lastly, the CTS Series of micro, brush, brushless, and coreless DC motor-driven pumps are designed to handle air and gases. Its pressure range is 0 to 24+ psig, vacuum range 0 to 20 in.Hg, and unrestricted flow to 2.5 lpm.

Neptune manufactures hydraulic pumps for chemical metering in the process and agricultural industries. The Series 500 dia-Pump uses a variable Oil By-pass stroke adjustment to create better valve performance than variable linkage designs; moreover, the valve checks have extra time to seat even in heavy liquids, since they are idle during the by-pass portion of the suction and discharge strokes. The standard and economy models provide capacities to 18 gph and pressures to 1,100 psi, while the original offers capacities to 80 gph and pressures to 3,000 psi. Other options include the high viscosity "V-Pump", designed to accurately meter fluids up to 5,000 centipoise, with capacities to 30 gph at 100 psi, as well as the Series 500 tubular diaphragm pumps that feature no-clog, straight-through flow patterns, capacities to 80 gph, and standard double diaphragm.

Wilden specializes in air-operated double-diaphragm pumps. Their product line begins with the Advanced Series of plastic pumps (e.g. Teflon PTFE), from the 0.25" P25, with a flow rate to 4.4 GPM, to the 1.5" PX400 (119 GPM), to the 3" P1500 (207 GPM); in total, 11 models are available.  The Advanced Series also exists in metal constructions, such as die cast aluminum, stainless steel, and alloy C. The Original Series diaphragm pumps are also made in both plastic and metal. Plastic versions begin with the 0.25" P.025 (4.8 GPM) and end with the 2" P8 (155 GPM), while metal versions are as large as the 4" T20 that features a flow rate to 232 GPM. Max pressure for the units above is 125 psi.

Yamada America features NDP Series air-powered double-diaphragm industrial pumps. The smallest unit is the NDP-5, a 0.25" port pump that handles up to 3.4 GPM, while the largest is the NDP-80, a 3" port pump that handles up to 214 GPM. Several series of specialty and certified pumps are available, as well, such as solids handling and powder pumps, and FDA-compliant, CSA-certified, and U.L.-listed pumps.
