Radial vane centrifugal pumps designed by Chempump are used for higher rotational speeds produced by a gearbox or variable-speed drive. The pumps can achieve output heads of more than 1,000 feet, and are used in applications that call for high heads at low flow rates.

Flowserve distributes Durco-brand Mark 3 lo-flo overhung chemical process pumps that feature a radial vane impeller. The pumps meet ASME standards, and feature flows to 220 GPM, heads to 300m, pressures to 30 bar, temperatures from -75C to 370C. The pumps are used chemical processing, power generation, pulp & paper, primary metals, oil & gas,  mining, general industries, and water resources industries.
