Entries

  • in Belt Driven Pumps

Anver Corp. supplies belt driven vacuum pumps available with dual voltage - 230/460 or 220/440-, or single voltage - 380 or 575. The vacuum pump stations provide maximum flow of 110 l/min. or 172 l/min., and feature a maximum operating temperature of 240F.

  • in Dry/Oilless Vacuum Pumps

ANVER offers its PMP Series dry rotary vane electric vacuum pumps for quiet, yet durable performance. These pumps do not emit oil fumes, and are therefore appropriate for food, medical, electronic, and printing applications where product purity is important. All available models offer a maximum vacuum of 20 or 25 in.Hg, and maximum pressure of 10 or 14 psi, depending on whether use is continuous or intermittent. Pump rotation speeds range from 1,200 to 1,750 RPM, and drives are either direct or belt driven.

  • in Miniature Vacuum Pumps

Anver designs and builds aluminum and plastic-bodied miniature vacuum pumps. The aluminum-bodied pumps feature a maximum vacuum level of 26 mm Hg, and supply pressure of 72.5 psi. The plastic-bodied pumps are used in robotic applications, feature operating temperature of -10 to 80C, and a maximum vacuum level of 26 mm Hg.

  • in Multistage Vacuum Pumps

Anver Corp. offers a variety of vacuum pumps, including: MSPX Series Multistage with internal exhaust silencer, MSP Series Multistage with external exhaust silencer, and Air Miser Multistage. MSPX Series Multistage pumps have operating temperatures ranging from -44 to 176°F, feed pressures ranging from 58-80 psi, and an optimum operating pressure of 72.5 psi. MSP Series Multistage have operating temperatures ranging from 14 to 176°F, an optimum operating temperature of 87 psi, and flows to 340 SCFM. Air Miser Multistage pumps can deliver 27" Hg at a pressure rating of 45 psi. Despite being small in size, they can deliver the performance of much larger pumps.

  • in Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

ANVER offers three series of rotary vane vacuum pumps. The AFM12 and 21 Series of lubricated pumps are made from composite vane material and TEFC tri-voltage motors, offering free air displacement between 7 and 15 SCFM at 60 Hz, while the AFM25 and 40 provide 21 to 31 SCFM. By contrast, the PMP Series are oil-free and fumeless; they create a maximum vacuum of 20 in.Hg continuous or 25 in.Hg intermittent, and a maximum pressure of 10 psi continuous or 14 psi intermittent. Finally, the AFM63, 100, 160, and 230 Series single-stage, air-cooled, direct-driven pumps offer maximum displacements of 45 to 460 SCFM, depending on the chosen model.

  • in Vacuum Pumps

Anver distributes electric and compressed air powered vacuum pumps as well as a wide range of vacuum accessories from Busch, Becker, Rieschle, Thomas and Gast. Air powered vacuum pumps are offered in single stage and multi-stage designs in multiple series. Several designs include miniature plastic, miniature aluminum with inline design, internal filter, internal silencer, high flow and clog free, screw on external filter, and adjustable. Electric vacuum pumps include belt driven, regenerative blowers, rotary vane, lubricated, and water ring designs. Industrial applications of these vacuum pumps include material conveying, tube lifting, and continuous duty.
