Becker Pumps Corp. is an international distributor of pumps and accessories. Featured vacuum pump systems include rotary vanes, one- and two-stage regenerative and radial blowers, and also offer a 100% oil-free combined vacuum/pressure pump. Central systems have oil-flooded and oil-less and auto-purge operation. System upgrades include regulators, pressure gauges, eductors and sound enclosures.

In addition, there are more than 50 service centers across the country.

    Becker has a range of oil-less direct drive pumps, in vacuum, combined vacuum/pressure and combined blast/dual vacuum. Vacuum pumps have long vane life with minimal maintenance, are rated for continuous duty and are available in 0.3 to 24 HP. Combined vacuum pumps have separate inlet filters, in horsepower from 0.9 to 15. Combined blast/dual vacuum pumps feature two vacuum and one pressure regulators, in horsepower ranges from 5 to 10.

    Becker Pumps Corp. offers a variety of sizes and models for oilless vacuum pumps, all of which are direct drive and continuous duty rated, and include vacuum regulators and discharge silencers. The smallest model is the VT 4.4, with 2.8 CMF open flow, 0.3 Hp, and 25.5 in.Hg. The KVX line begins with the KVX 3.60, a 39 CMF, 4 Hp, 27 in.Hg pump; the KVT 3.60 offers the same flow and vacuum, but less horsepower. The most powerful models are the VTLF and VXLF 500 SK, which both offer 353 CMF, 22.5 in.Hg, and 24 Hp.

    Becker Pumps Corp. offers 2 stage blower and 2 stage regenerative blower vacuum pumps. 2 Stage blower pumps have open flow rates of up to 251 CFM, a maximum vacuum of 171", and range in horsepower from 0.6 to 10 HP. 2 stage regenerative blowers have a maximum vacuum rating of 181" Wg, and a maximum open flow of 171 CFM. Both pumps feature: a 100% oil-less operation, a high performance capacity, an integrated inlet filter, a quiet/compact operation, etc.

  • in Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

    Becker Pumps offers three rotary vane options. The first is the oil-flooded vacuum pump, which offers a max vacuum of 29.84 in.Hg and CFM range from 4.6 to 440, depending on the selected model. The oil-less pumps provide open flows from 2.8 up to 353, and vacuum between 22.5 and 27 in.Hg. Last is the Variair rotary vane pump, which has an intelligent variable speed controller, is oil-less, and provides a 2:1 flow ratio. Four models are available; the smallest is the VAU VT 4.4, which has an open flow range between 12 and 28 CFM, and the VAU VTLF 250, which provides 73-173 CFM.

Oil-less vacuum pumps feature cool operation, long vane life, inlet filters, direct drive, vacuum regulators and continuous duty. Rotary dry screw vacuum pumps feature direct drive without drive transmission, variable speed controlled, 2.1 speed regulation, sound enclosure and 190 to 840 cfm in open flow.
