    Graco, Inc. supplies fluid handling equipment and components including  a variety of air operated diaphragm pumps. The Saniforce 3150 3A is air operated high sanitation double diaphragm pump featuring up to 150 gpm flow rates, 185° rotating design and non-stick air valve. Additional products include the air operated Husky 3275 double diaphragm pump featuring 3" ANSI centering point, fluid flow to 275 gpm, large flow path and epoxy coated air section.

  • in Corrosion Resistant Pumps

    Graco Inc. manufactures corrosion resistant, air-operated double diaphragm pumps. The 2-inch pumps feature flows up to 100 GPM and fluid pressure to 120 psi. Pump applications include chemical peeling for waste treatment, transferring fluids from original container to solution tanks, circulating chemicals in plating tanks, and repackaging fluids from original container to smaller receptacles.

    Graco carries an array of air operated diaphragm pumps, starting with the FDA-compliant Model 1040, a 1.5" double-diaphragm pump for food-related applications requiring high flow rates. Special versions of the 1040 are available for coatings and foam, as well as finishing applications, while Models 1590 and 2150 are other FDA-compliant pumps capable of passing solids up to 2" and 2.5", respectively. Sanitary ball, sanitary flapper, and sanitary poultry pumps are also available: the 3150 ball pump passes solids up to 1", while the poultry and 3150 flapper pumps pass solids up to 2.5".

  • in Dispensing Pumps

    Graco Products is a manufacturer of dispensing pumps including electric dispensing pumps used for oil and anti-freeze in vehicles. These pumps are available with a 12 volt DC motor or a 115 volt AC motor. The 115 VAC units provide a 4.0 gpm flow rate for large equipment service with a flow rate of 2.3 gpm for automotive applications. The max. pressure is 400 psi for the 12 VDC units while for the 115 VAC units, it is 650 psi (45 bar).

    Graco Inc.'s line of air-operated piston pumps includes seven series of oil pumps including the Fastball pump used for the transfer of oils or ATF. The company's Fire-Ball series is used for high pressure fluid oil transfer in medium volume or high volume applications including truck shop service fleet facilities and in-plant. The LD series of pumps is designed for lower volume applications.

The sanitary piston pumps feature pressure ratios up to 12:1 and are used for low to medium viscosity materials. The diaphragm sanitary pumps have flows rates up to 150 GPM, and are also suited for low to medium viscosity materials.
