  KNF Neuberger carries a variety of diaphragm pumps for air, gases, and liquids. Air pumps include micro, mini, and high capacity products that range from 0.25 to 4 lpm, 4 to 15 lpm, and 16 to 300 lpm, respectively. Liquid pumps are also found in micro and mini sizes for flows up to 0.6 and 6 lpm, but specific metering and dosing models are also available. Special process pumps include heated-head, heat-resistant, explosion-proof, and double-diaphragm units.

  KNF Lab offers Neuberger diaphragm pumps for deep vacuum with air and mildly corrosive gases. The N920KT and N920AT are 3-stage pumps differentiated by their wetted materials (pump head/diaphragm/valves): PPS/PTFE/FFPM for the N920KT and aluminum/EPDM for the N920AT. The former provides 20 lpm flow rate, 2 mbar vacuum, and 7.5 psig pressure, while the latter is capable of 21 lpm, 1.5 mbar, and 7.5 psig. These pumps are ideally suited for applications that need high suction power but low absolute pressures, and with integrated potentiometers, end-users can select their desired pumping speeds.

  KNF Neuberger Inc. manufactures double diaphragm safety pumps for OEM applications where toxic, radioactive and expensive gases are found. The pumps feature flow rates from 4.5 LPM to 280 LPM, and .16 CFM to 9.9 CFM. The pumps are available with BLDC or AC motors.

  KNF Lab supplies an array of oilless vacuum pumps for use with air and mildly corrosive gases. Using Neuberger diaphragm technology, the diaphragm vacuum pumps are offered for high/deep suction power; the N920KT and N920AT offer vacuums of 2 and 1.5 mbar and flow rates of 20 and 21 LPM, respectively. While wetted materials on these products are PPS/PTFE/FFPM and aluminum/EPDM, Model UN035 is available in stainless steel. Single and parallel head units are available, as are 2- and 3-stage pumps; flow rate among the models is as high as 56 LPM, vacuum as much as 29.5 in.Hg, and pressure as great as 60 psi. The final option is the full PTFE vacuum pump for aggressive vapors and gases; these single and parallel head pumps provide up to 20 psi pressure, and can also come in 2-stage for deeper end vacuum performance.

FMM20 solenoid diaphragm metering pumps have flow ranges from 0 to 20 Hz, pressures up to 0.5 bar, voltages up to 24V, and IP 54 protection. These pumps are highly repeatable, quiet running, self-priming, and highly chemical resistant. They have heads constructed from FFPM, PVDF, and PP materials.

The liquid pumps feature flow rates ranging from 1.2 to 6 LPM, and flow rates ranging from 19 to 96 GPH. The air/gas pumps feature maximum pressure ranging from 5 psi to 101.5 psi, with maximum vacuum of 29.7" Hg.

  KNF manufactures air and gas micro pumps from 0.25 to 4 LPM and miniature pumps from 4 to 15 LPM for OEM applications. Their NMS Seris are designed for pumping air or gases in tight conditions where small size is critical. The UNMP850 miniature pumps feature 4.5 liters per minute of free flow per head, and are available in a single or double-head design.

NF 100 Diaphragm liquid pumps have pressures up to 60 mWg, they can get flow rates up to 1.2 l/min, and have threaded ports available in 1/8" G or 1/8" NPT. High performance, deep vacuum pumps are diaphragm vacuum pumps for slightly aggressive or corrosive gases and vapors and built with PPS, PTFE, FFPM, aluminum and EPDM materials. KNF LABOPORT PTFE vacuum pumps are suited for corrosive gases and vapors and feature PTFE, aluminum, neoprene, and FFPM wetted materials and flow rates from 10 to 60 lpm. PowerDry pumps are self cleaning, two stage vacuum pumps suited for aggressive and saturated vapors in PTFE and FFPM materials. Stainless steel vacuum pumps and economical PTFE vacuum pumps are dry, oil free pumps with single head, two stage and parallel designs and in stainless steel, PTFE, and PVDF materials.
