Neptune hydraulic diaphragm, chemical metering pumps are commonly used in the process and agricultural industries. These pumps are available for low and high pressure applications with either manual or electronic stroke control. The newest of these pumps is the Series 500 "dia-pump" with automatic air release valve; all Series 500 pumps are designed to give valve checks extra time to seat and provide simplex capacities from 1 to 18 gph at up to 1,100 psi (Series 500A and E), or 0.2 to 80 gph at 3,000 psi (500S and D). Neptune manufactures hydraulic pumps for chemical metering in the process and agricultural industries. The Series 500 dia-Pump uses a variable Oil By-pass stroke adjustment to create better valve performance than variable linkage designs; moreover, the valve checks have extra time to seat even in heavy liquids, since they are idle during the by-pass portion of the suction and discharge strokes. The standard and economy models provide capacities to 18 gph and pressures to 1,100 psi, while the original offers capacities to 80 gph and pressures to 3,000 psi. Other options include the high viscosity "V-Pump", designed to accurately meter fluids up to 5,000 centipoise, with capacities to 30 gph at 100 psi, as well as the Series 500 tubular diaphragm pumps that feature no-clog, straight-through flow patterns, capacities to 80 gph, and standard double diaphragm.

Neptune Pump Manufacturing makes heavy duty industrial sump pumps, with up to 150 gallons per minute capacity and up to 50 feet of heads. The base is made of cast iron, brass, and 316 stainless steel, and the bottom bearing is made of Rulon. This pump has an immersion depth of 52", but custom lengths are available. They also make explosion proof pumps, and the pump motors include open drip proof type and totally enclosed models.
