in Diaphragm Pumps
Versa-Matic offers three lines of air-operated double-diaphragm pumps. The Elima-Matic Series offers pumps in polypropylene, acetal, aluminum, and stainless steel, with special features such as clamped design, bolted design, split manifold, and side discharge. These pumps are designed to eliminate pumping problems and keep operations running, so they manufacture them for specific issues, like the E4 for handling flows up to 90% solids and E2 for ice-resistance. The Ultra-Matic Series is designed to eliminate air leakage and to be chemical-resistant through the use of appropriate materials such as stainless steel, ceramic, polypropylene, and PVDF. Specialty pumps are also available in several types, some of which are capable of being submerged or generating high pressures, or being FDA- or 3A Sanitary Standards-approved.

Versa-Matic manufactures air-operated double diaphragm pumps including Elima-matic pumps, Ultra-matic pumps, and specialty pumps that meet FDA, USDA, 3A, and EHEDG sanitary standards. The Elima-matic pumps range in size from 1/4" to 3", and can feature clamped design, bolted design, split manifold and side discharge. The Ultra-matic pumps are available in bolted and clamped configurations; and feature chemical-resistant materials including stainless steel, ceramic, polypropylene, and PVDF. The specialty pumps are for FDA, sanitary, solids-handling and mining applications.

in Sanitary Pumps
Versamatic designs 3A sanitary pumps for milk and milk products. Available with a leak detection system, the sanitary pumps feature flow rates of 0-60 GPM or 0-180 GPM, with the ability to handle particles up to 0.375" or 0.625" in diameter. The pumps are available in 1-1/2" to 2" sizes.
